Aunt Katherine was so amazing - fixed a family favorite "shoof noodles" for us. They are a lot of work and we appreciated it so much. Especially since Uncle Eddie does NOT like them. She had hamburgers and all the fixings for those who don't like them. It sure brought back some memories of Grandma Mary and was an amazing time together. We were just so sad that grandpa Don couldn't be there with us - we saved him some that are waiting in the freezer for when he can eat again. Thanks Aunt KC - We love you!
