We had quite the weekend of tending girls - Five to be exact! Our niece Jen and her husband Cory, came down to visit Grandma Nahna & Grandpa Gaylen. They wanted to take in a session at the Manti Temple and asked if we could watch their girls. They brought Andi & Afton down about 8:00 am and what sweet little girls they were - so polite and quiet. Then, Makayla joined them about 9:00, and soon after we got Sekoya & Katera. (Jason & Ashley were on a weekend get-away to St George.) With five of them now together - it was a little crazy. But, they were still good and had so much fun. Luckily, it was warm

enough in the morning to play outside on the swings, in the sand, and also in the playhouse. Grandma Nahna came and got the 4 oldest girls about noon to feed them lunch and make cookies. She had bought them each a fun Easter Bunny Basket with candy and they were thrilled. Later, Mark brought his 3 kids over. JaLee was quite sick with this flu bug that keeps going around and he wanted to give her some quiet time. Kirk, Mark, & Braxton went to the Sportsman's Expo at the Sevier Valley Center, where Braxton caught a real live fish. The other kids thought it was great to watch Mark clean it - YUK! Melissa & Morgan joined us for dinner after Morgan got home from his day of snowmobiling. It is always so fun to spend time together and we were sure loving having our kitchen back functional again. Makayla decided to have a sleep-over with

Sekoya and Katera. They were in bed by 8:00, but because of Daylight Savings time kicking in - it was almost 9:00. It was so fun to watch Makayla read the bedtime stories to her younger cousin, Sekoya. It was a good thing, because Grandpa Kirk and Grandma Maridon were exhausted!! You forget how much work these little ones are until you spend all day with them. It is easy to understand why these young parents need a day off once in a while. We remember those days well! Sunday started at 6:00 a.m. and was another busy day. We made it to church - two little girls and all - by 9:00. We were amazed! Sacrament meeting didn't go real well - I'm sure the girls knew they could get away with a lot more with Grandma & Grandpa. But, Sekoya went to her own

Primary class and met a new little friend. Katera went to the nursery with us and fit right in with the three other 18 month old new members of our class. WHEW!!! What a day! Jason & Ashley arrived home soon after 1:00. Kirk had to stay after in the clerk's office to count fast offerings and pay bills. Later Ashley took Kirk & Jason down to Syndicut for hair cuts, then I went to choir practice at 5:00. Kirk worked on getting his truck ready to go again, then Mark & kids came by for an hour. Braxton had to watch a new episode of "Ben 10". A fun weekend, but very busy!!
